What are the forms of payment?

How safe is my purchase?

All information is encrypted in SSL and sent directly to the credit card operator's network, ensuring authorization and approval of the transaction. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I change my delivery address?

Even with the order sent, can I change it?

We are sorry, but once the order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be revised. Please make sure to update your shipping address for future orders.

How long does it take to ship? How can I track my order?

Delivery time is based on the shipping option selected. After your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number and tracking website by email (the same one used when registering). Processing and shipping time is 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track its status in real time using the tracking code provided.
